1. About Tafkid
Tafkid is a recruitment service dedicated to connecting job seekers and employers within the Jewish community of Antwerp. We provide professional recruitment and job-matching services guided by halachic principles and community values.
2. Services Provided
For Employers:

Submit staffing needs via our platform or directly through our team.

We match suitable candidates and arrange interviews.

A one-time placement fee, based on a percentage of the candidate’s salary, is charged only upon successful placement.

Placement Protection Service: If a candidate placed through the Custom Package does not work out within the first 30 days, Tafkid will step in to remove the candidate from the position and provide a refund to both the business and the job seeker. This ensures peace of mind and reduces the stress and responsibility on your business.

Between 30 days and 3 months after placement, we provide free candidate replacement if needed; no refunds apply during this period.
For Job Seekers:

Job seekers may apply for positions by completing application forms and participating in intake interviews.

A non-refundable fee applies for profile activation and interview coordination.

Additional consulting sessions with a business consultant are available for a separate fee.

Tafkid does not guarantee job placement.
3. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in Euros (EUR) and must be paid in full before services commence.

Employer fees are only charged upon successful candidate placement (“no job, no fee”).

Job seeker fees (profile activation, interview coordination) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional services (consulting, CV boosting, etc.) are charged separately.
4. Refunds

Employers are eligible for a full refund if a placed candidate leaves or is removed within the first 30 days.

After 30 days, no refunds are issued, but free candidate replacement is provided within 3 months of placement.

Refunds for job seekers or additional services are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not available if an employer or job seeker decides not to proceed after a successful match and interview.
5. Data Collection and Confidentiality

We collect personal data, including names, contact details, CVs, and job vacancy information, in accordance with Belgian privacy laws (GDPR).

All data is stored securely and treated as strictly confidential.

We do not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.

6. Accessibility

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Spam or misuse the platform.

Copy or reproduce content for commercial use without permission.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Liability

Tafkid does not guarantee job placement or employment.

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from the conduct of candidates or employers post-placement.

Our responsibility is limited to facilitating introductions, matches, and the Placement Protection Service as outlined above.
9. Halachic Jurisdiction
Any dispute or matter connected with Tafkid’s services shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with Halacha, before our designated Beis Din מחזיקי הדת / שומרי הדת. By using our services, all parties agree to submit such matters to this Beis Din and to abide by its ruling.
10. Changes to Terms
Tafkid reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform.
