In Antwerp’s Jewish community, finding meaningful employment has long been a challenge. The job market is limited, opportunities are often hard to access, and many talented individuals have struggled in silence — not because they lack skills or ambition, but because there hasn’t been a clear path forward.

We created Tafkid to change that.
